150 HOMOSEXUAL CLERGY MEMBERS DEMAND ORDINATION FROM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

The United Methodist Queer Clergy Caucus (UMQCC) is demanding that the United Methodist Church leaders recognize LGBT ordination, even though the Bible clearly condemns homosexuality.  The UMQCC states that the issue is a “civil rights matter in the name of tolerance and inclusion”.  VAIB opposes the ordination of anyone who lives in open sin, such as homosexuality. NATIONAL PARK SERVICE DENIES PERMIT TO CHRISTIAN GEOLOGIST

The National Park Service has denied a research permit to a geologist because of his Christian beliefs.  Although the geologist holds a Ph. OKLAHOMA HOUSE PASSES RESOLUTION TO STOP THE MURDER OF UNBORN CHILDREN

CHRISTIANS IN INDIANA FIGHT EXISTING “HUMAN RIGHTS” LAWS OVER RIGHTS OF CONSCIENCE CLAUSE IN STATE C

COLORADO CONSIDERS BILL TO LOWER AGE OF CONSENT TO TEN FOR CHILDREN WHO NEED PSYCHIATRIC THERAPY

CAMPUS FREE SPEECH ACT TO BE INTRODUCED IN WISCONSIN

NORTHERN ARIZONA UNIVERSITY STUDENT ORDERED TO NOT READ BIBLE BEFORE CLASS

A professor at Northern Arizona University has ordered a student to refrain from reading the Bible before History class.  The professor, who teaches another class on feminism and queer theory, has also taken issue with the student in the past based upon the student’s views of assimilation.  VAIB supports the rights of students to read the Bible in public settings, especially in cases such as this, where the student is reading on his own time and puts the Bible away before class starts....

200,000 BABY SOCKS PLACED ON U.S. CAPITOL LAWN BY PRO-LIFE GROUPS

APPEALS COURT RULING – SEXUAL ORIENTATION IS COVERED UNDER THE 1967 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT

ABORTION RATE LOWEST SINCE 1974

Rep. MANDATE TO FORCE DOCTORS TO PERFORM GENDER TRANSITION SERVICES STRUCK DOWN BY COURT

HOUSE CHURCH IN CHINA FORCED TO SHUT DOWN AFTER GOVERNMENT HARRASSMENT

JOHN HOPKINS SCIENTISTS RELEASE FINDINGS CONTRARY TO LGBT CLAIMS
