BILL IN GEORGIA WOULD ALLOW PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES MORE FREEDOM TO PRAY

SB 361 has been introduced in Georgia to amend an existing state law allowing freedom of religious expression by public school employees, allowing public employees to participate in prayer when invited to do so by students.  VAIB supports the religious freedoms of public employees in situations such as this to exercise their religious freedoms by openly praying in public without fear of retribution.
