CAMPUS FREE SPEECH ACT TO BE INTRODUCED IN WISCONSIN

The “Campus Free Speech Act” is being introduced in Wisconsin, which will protect the rights of students on college campuses to freely express their beliefs without fear of retribution from the university or others on the campus. The act also calls for universities to remain neutral while providing an avenue for students to respectfully disagree on issues. VAIB supports bills such as this type that foster the protection of the right to freedom of speech and religion.
