CHURCH IN LAUREL MD ENCOUNTERS OBSTACLES TRYING TO OPEN ITS DOORS
Released: Thursday, April 05, 2018
A church in Laurel, MD that wants to open downtown is encountering many obstacles in the form of newly imposed "city ordinances" that are prohibiting them from moving forward. In response, the church is suing the city "to ensure this church, and all churches, are treated equally and have the freedom to live and preach the Gospel in their community." VAIB stands with the rights of churches in such cases to be free from government interference.
