BILL IN CALIFORNIA WOULD ALLOW GOVERNMENT TO ENTER HOMESCHOOL HOMES

A bill has been introduced in California that would require fire inspections for homeschooled students.  However, the Home School Legal Defense Association fears that the bill is really empowerment of the government "to enter a home without a warrant, reasonable cause, or consent".  VAIB stands with the rights of parents to direct the education of their students within the privacy of their own home without government interference.  Read more here:
