COURT UPHOLDS RELIGIOUS LIBERTY IN TEXAS

The Court Of Appeals for the Ninth District of Texas has upheld a former ruling by the Texas Supreme Court in regards to religious liberty for students to display banners containing Bible verses at public events, despite efforts by the Freedom From Religion Foundation to do away with the practice.  VAIB supports the First Amendment rights of students in cases such as this to display Bible verses at public events.  Read more here:
