SUPREME COURT ARGUMENTS IN MASTERPIECE CAKE SHOP CASE

On December 5th, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in the Masterpiece Cake Shop case, where owner Jack Phillips is being sued by a homosexual couple for refusing to create a cake for their same-sex wedding.  The following article outlines some of the oral arguments that took place inside of the court room.  VAIB stands for the First Amendment rights of business owners to deny service based upon their religious convictions.  Read more here:
