TRANSGENDER RESTROOM CASE SENT BACK TO LOWER COURT

A federal appeals court has returned the transgender restroom case involving a girl who identifies as a boy back to a lower court to consider if the case should be thrown out because the girl has now graduated from high school.  VAIB supports the safety and privacy of students in cases such as this to be able to use the restroom of their biological sex as created by God.
