WHAT IS YOUR CHILD READING AT SCHOOL?

Released: Monday, April 02, 2018

Public schools typically put out reading lists for students. These books are supposedly age-appropriate. But might these books promote issues that directly conflict with values being taught by parents? For

example, an Oregon library was promoting a book for third through fifth grades explaining how a boy who wants to be a girl can go through the process of changing his sex. Most Christian parents I know would

be shocked to find their children reading such a book. For that reason, I ask the question: "Do you know what your child is reading?" Have you discussed with your child the dangers of believing a lie? For it is

surely a lie to think you are a male when you are a female. Disconnecting one’s thinking from reality is dangerous, just like jumping off a cliff because you think you can fly like a bird.

VAIB stands for God’s creation of male and female as being factual. To do otherwise is to call God a liar. As the Bible says in Romans 3:4 “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar…”
