In June of this year, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Colorado baker Jack Phillips, verifying that the state of Colorado had been hostile towards his freedom of religion. However, even after the ruling, the state has once again filed a complaint against Phillips for not creating a cake in celebration of a transgender surgery. Read more here:
