GLOUCESTER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD SEEKING APPEAL IN TRANSGENDER BATHROOM CASE

The Gloucester County school board is seeking an appeal in an effort to preserve its bathroom policy currently in place which states that a student must use the restroom of their biological sex. The appeal is necessary because a federal judge ruled that a transgender student can challenge the existing policy. VAIB supports the rights of students' privacy in being able to use the restroom according to their biological sex as assigned by God. Read more here:
