LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN

University of Michigan has instituted a policy designed to "suppress and punish speech other students deem ‘demeaning,’ ‘bothersome,’ or ‘hurtful’." In opposition to the suppression of free speech, a lawsuit has been filed against the university in an attempt to reverse the policy.
