LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN

University of Michigan has instituted a policy designed to "suppress and punish speech other students deem ‘demeaning,’ ‘bothersome,’ or ‘hurtful’."  In opposition to the suppression of free speech, a lawsuit has been filed against the university in an attempt to reverse the policy.  VAIB continues to support those who fight for the right to free speech as guaranteed by the First Amendment.  Read more here:
