This article by Alliance Defending Freedom addresses the stripping away of our freedoms as the next step in the process should the bill pass.  AB 2943 attempts to "outlaw anyone in the state from selling any goods or services to adults to help them address unwanted same-sex attractions or questions over gender identity."  VAIB is opposed to any bill that strips away the rights of any individual or organization as guaranteed by our Constitution.
