U.S. CIRCUIT COURT RULES “IN GOD WE TRUST” ON CURRENCY IS CONSTITUTIONAL

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the use of "IN GOD WE TRUST" on U.S. currency is constitutional.  The ruling comes as a result of a lawsuit filed by atheist groups claiming that the statement was a violation of their First Amendment rights.  Read more here:
