VAIB previously posted a story about Baronelle Stutzman, a Christian florist in the state of Washington who refused service to  to a long-time customer who wanted flowers for his same-sex wedding.  The U.S. Supreme Court has decided to decline hear the case, ordering the state of Washington to re-consider the case to determine if Baronelle's rights were violated by he state of Washington (as was the case of the recent U.S. Supreme court ruling on behalf of the Christian baker, Jack Phillips).  The question to be answered is "whether business owners can refuse on religious grounds to comply with anti-discrimination laws that protect LGBT people."  Read more here:
