Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring as filed a motion to dismiss a federal lawsuit challenging Virginia's common sense pro-life laws.  The current Virginia law states that abortions should be conducted by a physician in a medical environment.  VAIB is grateful for the Attorney General's common sense decision to dismiss the federal lawsuit challenging the existing law.
