ONE Voice for Liberties Conference

Some important changes have been made to this year’s conference:

  • It all happens on one day—Thursday, September 23! The day starts at 10:00 a.m. with the business meeting and will end at 8:00 p.m.

  • The location (not in Richmond this year) is Crossroads Baptist Church, 31 Crossroads Lane, Fishersville, VA. We need the fellowship and encouragement, and your presence will do just that. Plus, you need to be informed on matters impacting the church.

  • Registration is required and closes on September 8. For the first time, meals will be provided for attendees onsite at no charge. To get an accurate count for meals and seating, registration will close at midnight on September 8. Wrist bands will be required to attend meals, therefore each member of a family must be registered. See VAIB’s website to register and for more information.

  • Nursery will be provided only for the evening service for children 3 and under—no exceptions. Nursery will not be provided during the morning and afternoon sessions. It is advised that parents not bring children under twelve years old to these sessions. Parents may bring children age 4 and up into the evening service.

  • Donations are appreciated to underwrite conference expenses. No offering will be taken during the service, but offering stations will be available in the foyer. Checks should be made out to VAIB. You can also donate online by going to www.vaib.org.

As always, thank you for helping.
