WHAT TIME DOES THE CONFERENCE START?

The conference will start Thursday evening September 18th and all-day Friday, September 19th. Check back often for particular times and schedule. 

Are there hotels in the area?

Yes! There are several great hotels in the Richmond, VA area if you would like to come a day early to get settled in before the conference on Friday.

Will a Dinner be Served?

No. Dinner will not be served. The schedule allows a little over two hours for you to find a place to eat between the final forum and the rally at 6:30 pm.

While the particulars of the conference will be updatred here as the meeting is planned, We are excited to be returing to the Thursday eveining and ALL-DAY Friday meeting.
